Okay..this is gonna be very nostalgic post! =)

Today i was on Bus 74 going home from school, and i caught Belinda in the show "Come and dance with me", on TV Mobile..

Woah..i'm really inspired by her determination to learn the different types of dance, like hip hop, popping, and you name it, she tried it.

I must say that in the short moments watching that show, i was reminded of the many things i wanna do and learn since young, but never got down to doing it. Hmm let me recount my "artistic" journey!!

From young i learnt ballet, from 5 years old! but i stopped it at sec 4/JC1..which means i danced for a total of 12 years! wow...thats really quite long la.

Then even when i'm young i learnt organ from 3 years old, but stopped cos my mum didn't like the teacher. Then i tried Sonata School of Music @ Compass point, but the teacher is like no good also..:( then i threw my really old organ away!:( that's sth that really grew up with me.

Talking about organ, i rem when i came to church i was asked by Kenneth to play the keyboard for our Christmas party..wow..i really fell in love with playing the keyboard for worship. Always wanted to learn properly how to play the different chords and progression and stuff, but never got down to find a place to learn or a teacher!
Anyone out there wanna teach me??? hehehe =)

Then..never learn keyboard nevermind, i stopped playing cos no more organ at home!
But i found a new pasttime and guess what is that?!
SINGING! =)=)
hahaha..so anyway, yeap now i am indeed learning singing, but not really a personal singing teacher. But i am determined to get there soon!

Thinking about all these talents that God has placed into every single one of us, i think it really is our responsibility and duty to develop and grow them for His glory!
Well, one thing for sure is i love Music! I think that is sth God created which is so so so perfect and beautiful.

Yes! Darice must find time to learn keyboard again! and learn singing for real =) must find teacher and earn lotsa money to sponsor my lessons hehe=)
I cannot be too busy to grow as a person holistically, musically and artistically!!

next time when i have kids, i MUST make sure they are musically inclined!! and that they will not be like me, everything learn halfway!! nonono!
But! it's never too late..so i shall start now~
Okay, must do all these once my exams are OVER!!!!! woohoo!! looking forward to the holidays!=)
