Well, it's been..

5 years 8 months since i first stepped into CHC..
2 years 3 months since I stepped into God's calling for me in being a CGL..
2 years 2 months since i started studying in NUS..
4 months since i last went for a holiday..
3 weeks since my parents have gone to Canada..i miss them :(
and..6 days till I turn 21.

Honestly, i'm not exactly as excited as I thought i would be. But i guess i've come to realise 21 doesn't really mean anything. After all..i'm still who I am.
Well..i guess for many pple 21 is a age to gain freedom and do what they like.
But honestly, i'm happy with who I am, and where God is leading me.
I guess 21 is probably more of an age where I start to ponder about what has gone by in my life the past 21 years and whats gonna happen in the next 21 years.

To me..I still treasure the same things I treasure since I stepped into CHC.
From the glorious Presence of the Holy Spirit..reading the bible..loving my members..leading Cell group and bringing new pple to know God...or even just attending multiple services in one week..to the convictions that i've grabbed hold of in this awesome gate of heaven...it is priceless.
Sometimes, I always wonder how pple ever give all these up to go somewhere else and never come back.
Sometimes I stare into space..and just feel so grateful that God actually brought me to CHC to be part of this very amazing family. I'm so grateful God.

At this juncture of my life, God, I wanna renew my spiritual convictions once again.
To be spiritually strong, mentally strong, thickskinned yet thin hearted, and yet creative and trendy, and shining for God wherever i go.

At on this note, I shall live my life from NOW on more excellently, more gloriously, with more adventures, more experiences, more courage, more boldness and audacity, more love, more joy, more peace, more wisdom. God help me to be whoever you want me to be, wherever I may be on this earth.

I know that my vow is ending..and mannny of you will probably start seriously interoggating me or sth..but well i'm quite secure with who I am at this moment.. If one comes along that would be great! If not..i'll just wait la! haha. no problem man. I'm cool. :)

Well,let's see!

This week has been a looooooongg week man.. from doing my lab work to my pharmaco test, to falling sick..to getting well! hahaha.

I believe i'm well and healed in Jesus name! :D

Well, i think next week is gonna be even more eventful as ahem.. we are having ARISE AND BUILD CAMPAIGN 2008!:D
It's really a time that I can visualise and expand myself to do more and give more to the House of God.
The House of God is so precious to me, and CHC has been there through my ups and downs. :) awww... and the most special thing is....*drum rolls*... i will be pledging the amount on my birthday!!!!:D woohoo. i believe that calls for double portion of blessing. Amen!

Anyway, i decided to keep my party simple. I actually called up the restaurant i liked and wanted to book the place for a party...and guess how much it is.. i think it's quite cheap.

Its a very nice ambience, high class--like me! They allow me to book the entire place, for just minimum of 25 pple, at $25 per pax. That amounts up to $625! I really really wished to hold it here actually. But nvm in future for other special events ba! Here's a picture of the place to seduce you to go check it out. And btw the food is great and u can get a decent dinner at $25 bucks..

Life's been hectic, and really tiring honestly.
But it's been fulfilling because I know that I am sowing seeds more and more into people's lives and seeing their lives touched by the power of God makes me stand in awe of God's sovereignty and majesty.:) I love you Lord, You are my God, in You I will trust.

Okie so anyway, i'm turning 21 in 18 days! but i'm not exactly excited about it, i guess cos Oct has been a very focused month. Yes but nonetheless, i still have my wishes:)

1) iPod Touch 32GB --love the touch screen. (anyone wanna buy vouchers for me???)
2) Samsung Omnia --i like it, though I like iPhone better but it's technology still is kinda bad so i'll settle for this.:)
3) Digital Camera-Canon or Sony Ericsson
4) Cold Hard Cash $$$$
5) Skin/Ed Hardy tank/dress
6) Lots of new clothes (or alternatively vouchers from Zara, TopShop, Joop, River Island)
7) New and cool make up from Mac or Make Up Store (foundation, glitter eyeliners, lip gloss)
8) A trip to HongKong (which will most prob only happen next year)
9) A scholarship to study in Medicine School :D that's totally not sth anyone can buy. but we can pray :D

Right, many of you complained that i didnt blog, so here i am! Tada!
Honestly, time has passed so quickly, it has zoomed by. Literally. Very scary.
It's already the second week of October! Wow.

But i've not enjoyed myself more than i did in the past 2 weeks, especially when our CG got a makeover and everyone looked absolutely GREAT!:D

Well, but as shaun says, the best part of sunday is not just how we look, but the people who joined us.
Breakthrough and i'm excited!:)

Nicholas came after some persuasion (yays!) and got a purpose driven life book from me, which is actually "returned" by Eunice cos she lost it last time, hahaha. so i just gave it away. complicated!:D

Bryan, Chit Hao, Nicholas, Eugene all received God into their hearts. That is what touches me the most!:) And to all 4 of you, i can't guarantee life will be a bed of roses, but i can guarantee there'll be someone to walk along the journey of life with you, more intimately than anyone human being.. So give God a chance and your like will NEVER be the same.:) yays.

To Bryan: I'm humbled by how God has changed you since we've known you. I was always praying for you to receive God into your life, and you finally did. i'm SUPER proud of you! :p

Oh, and to Zhi Yang, you really don't know how touched I am! haha. i'm not joking la. I just really pray that you will give God a chance. I mean, if u think ur life can't be worse, that means it can only get better! :D thanks for being a sincere friend. :)

Well, anyway my week was hectic, with report to hand up on tue, test on wed and another report to hand up on Sun, i have practically little rest, and many things to do. But i know that if I sow, God's rain is upon the seeds I sow--in all that I do, into every life and relationship I make with friends! :D

My heart is in an expectant mode, cos i believe, that the fields are white for harvest. Amen.
Random note, i just discovered that my samsung phone is like good at taking photos haha. undiscovered potential!
